Stevenage FC Foundation is offering local residents over the age of 70 years old the opportunity to receive a FREE Winter Warmer Care Package, as part of their pledge to help tackle loneliness…
The Tackling Loneliness Together project has included regular phone calls, monthly activity packs, Christmas cards and the Club Cuppa, all designed to help keep in touch with Stevenage residents who may be feeling isolated or lonely.
All aspects of the project have been incredibly well received and the Foundation have been proud to help support the community throughout the uncertain times of the past few months.
