Stevenage FC Foundation will soon be offering an exciting Traineeship to 19-24 year olds in the local area, but what is a traineeship?
With work experience at its core, this traineeship will take a well rounded approach to develop employability skills for the learner. The Traineeship will focus on 4 main areas;
- Work Experience
- Work Skills
- Functional Skills
- Supplementary Qualifications
Traineeships are available to anyone aged 19-24 without a full Level 3 Qualification, equivalent to 2 or more A levels and unemployed or working less than 16 hours a week for the duration of the traineeship.
