Stevenage FC Foundation is looking to recruit a Senior Community Coach (Inclusion) to support the delivery and coordination of our Premier League Kicks and Inclusive Football programmes. The role forms part of our Community Engagement team, taking a lead on the content delivered by staff and supporting participants with their involved in sports participation to live a more active, healthy and positive life.
The Senior Community Coach will act as the lead coach for all Premier League Kicks and other youth engagement sessions, planning content and supporting other delivery staff, to ensure a high-quality experience for participants. Additionally, the role will lead the delivery of all our inclusive football work under our Upfront programme including our PAN disability and deaf football teams.
When required, the role will provide support to the wider Community Engagement team supporting other projects including football development activities and NCS programme. Predominantly working with young people aged 8-25, the candidate will have an approachable, friendly and professional manner, with the ability to engage with a variety of individuals from all backgrounds.

- Reports To: Head of Community Engagement
- Location: Based at Stevenage FC Foundation office, The Lamex Stadium, Broadhall Way, Stevenage, SG2 8RH. Some travel to locations in Stevenage and surrounding areas. Flexibility to work remotely on an ad hoc basis.
- Contract: Full time (38 hours per week) fixed term two year contract. Flexibility is expected and due to the nature of the post some evening and weekend work will be necessary.
- Salary: £18,000
