There is a mixture of standing and seated exercises. You will need to be able to stand for most of the class and be able to walk around the hall. Please bring a mat or a towel for the Intermediate/Advanced class as there will be some floor work included.
Don’t forget to bring some water to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are suitable for exercise.
