We are currently running a host of sessions in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Council and a Day Care Centre in Hatfield, Herts. The sessions we run are open to anyone with any disability who wants to play regular football.

Upfront Project
The Upfront project is football sessions for adults with any disability who would like to play regular football. This includes weekly training to help improve your football skills and meet new people and monthly matches against other teams.
The teams are split into levels and will be split on match days according to these three categories:
Premier League Level: players participating at this level are able to cope physically, have good level of spatial awareness, excellent ability to understand tactics and good levels of physical strength and fitness.
Championship Level: players participating at this level are mobile, have spatial and tactical awareness, knowledge of the laws of the game and have a good level of fitness.
League Level: players participating at this level have limited mobility, spatial awareness and fitness.
Training Details
Mondays (not including bank holidays)
5:00pm-6:00pm
Venue: Hertfordshire FA, The County Ground, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2EN
