Stevenage FC Foundation is incredibly proud to be offering a wide range of exciting Kickstart opportunities within our organisation.
There is so much more to working in football than just coaching, and as part of our recently launched Aspire – Empower – Thrive strategy, the Foundation are committed to supporting the Government’s Kickstart Scheme, offering a minimum of 20 opportunities for young people to gain real world experience with either the Foundation or Stevenage Football Club.
Kickstart roles last 6 months and are a minimum of 25 hours a week, giving you the chance to grow into a key member of our organisation. These vacancies are available to anyone aged 16-24 currently claiming universal credit through their work coach. Having already recruited four Assistant Community Coaches and a Stadium Operations Assistant, we are currently looking to recruit more varied roles including:
- Admin Assistant x 2
- Assistant Community Coach x 2
- Marketing Assistant
- Junior Graphic Designer
- Junior Media Coordinator
All positions will receive 1 to 1 employability training to develop professional skills alongside getting to see the inner workings of life within sport.
