Restrictions are easing from the 17th May and our indoor exercise classes will return.
After the Government announcement on Monday 10th May stating that indoor exercise classes will be allowed to take place from the 17th of May, we are delighted to announce that we will be bringing back our much loved exercise classes over the coming weeks.
The first session to restart will be our Introduction to Exercise class which will be back on Wednesday 19th May, 10:45 – 11:45 am at Bedwell Community Centre in Stevenage. If your fitness has taken a back seat over the past few months then why not join in with our fun and friendly class that is completely adaptable to your own ability levels and will take any medical conditions you might have into account.
From the week commencing the 24th of May, we will also be restarting our Intermediate Level Strength and Balance classes for older adults and introducing some new Otago Strength and Balance Classes and even some Chair Based Exercise Classes. All of these classes are designed for older adults and can help to improve independence and confidence, which may have been affected over the pandemic. Watch out for further details on these new classes over the coming weeks.
